Dr. Fred Lwakaaka earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Villanova University, and is a highly experienced board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC). He has extensive expertise in psychiatric care, substance abuse treatment, geriatric mental health, and comprehensive adult medical care.
